With the redesign of the serving area, a highly modern and functional solution was created for the staff canteen of Energie
Steiermark AG. Particular attention was paid to the seamless integration of the tray slide into the worktop – a custom-made
solution featuring embossed ribs according to the customer’s specifications. The refined, matte appearance is accentuated
by a fine swirl finish. Maximum flexibility is provided by a folding shelf with one-hand operation. The beverage station was
also realised to the highest standards of hygiene and design. A tall rear upstand, a drip tray with an extra-large drain and
the seamless tray slide form a cohesive unit. The glass canopy is fitted with elegant cold lighting, while a bain-marie with
automatic level control ensures optimal food temperatures. The concept is further complemented by the precise integration
of a customer-supplied freezer chest and refrigerated display cabinet. This refurbishment resulted in a functional, visually
appealing and perfectly coordinated solution that meets the daily requirements of the canteen operation in every respect.
