Coffee machine dealer Ing. Peter H. Reuschel identified a niche in the market: offering bespoke stainless-steel furniture
for the hospitality sector. Personal ties to Hainfeld (Lower Austria) enabled him to build a 1,500 m² production hall and
a 100 m² office “on a greenfield site”.
The chosen company name, METAGRO, in German stands for METAl and GROßküche (commercial kitchen).
