The Central Office for Fire Prevention, the State Fire Department Command and the State Fire Department School are located
at Leithabergstraße in Eisenstadt. During the countless training and information events, every day a large number of members
of the Burgenland fire department need to be catered to. To ensure that all employees feel at home right way, the powder-coated
serving area’s colour perfectly matches the classic fire department red and the other furniture. The work cabinets are equipped
with hygienic Swingline handlebars in the serving and the back areas and make sure that hygiene standards remain high but
cleaning efforts stay low.
The rounded worktop corner (hand-welded with a radius of 270 mm) makes the employees’ everyday life easier as well. Four recessed power outlets on the servers’ side allow simple moving and positioning of the easily movable dispensers (plate dispensers, bain-marie, etc.). Another special aspect of this project is the return area: a roller track behind a stainless steel door receives the trays. The approximately 5 metre long track takes the dishes directly to the dishwasher in the kitchen. Thanks to METAGRO’s robust design, the entire serving counter area is intended for long-term and maintenance-free use.
