In autumn of 2015, the seminar hotel Refugium Hochstrass opened its doors in the municipality of Stössing, right next to the
Vienna Woods. Here, emphasis is put on the essential characteristics of a sanctuary, offering silence in a top-quality atmosphere.
The kitchen preferably uses products from their own fruit and vegetable garden. The ambitious project is backed by the entrepreneurial
Ziegler family, who was part of the packaging industry in the Waldviertel for many years.
The worktops were seamlessly welded on site. The worktops connected to windows were seamlessly adapted to the particularities of a historical building through alcove panelling. As in other projects, we used the incredibly accurate Flexijet system to take precise measurements. To create perfect working conditions for the pastry chefs, stone inserts were integrated in the worktop. Cabinets of the H1M Swingline series with rounded handlebars and hygienic sealed bottoms were provided. The beverage cooler features an elegant wood décor, matching the hotel’s interior design.
