Stainless steel processing and refrigeration equipment fabrication are among METAGRO's greatest strengths. Since it is inherently easy for us to fulfil hygiene standards, all our Gastronorm refrigerators are manufactured at hygiene level H1 according to DIN 18865-9. Additionally, we offer the designer version with curved hygienic handlebars as a standard for our refrigeration units. When it comes to our Gastronorm cooling system, the extraordinary METAGRO quality standards must also be met by our refrigeration technology suppliers. Special finned evaporators clad in stainless steel and a built-in circulating air fan guarantee reliable and even cooling as desired. To make sure that your Gastronorm shop runs like clockwork even after years of utilisation, only the highest quality stainless steel full extension slides, especially designed for high loads and a long service life are used. In order to keep the installation costs low, the expansion valve is already soldered in our factory and the cooling lines are routed outwards on the sides. We exclusively use brand components from Central Europe, which stand for high quality and are always available in specialised trade. We achieve fast delivery times both of standardised elements as well as of customised individual products, e.g. special dimensions or powder-coated handle strips. Hygiene H1 according to DIN 18865-9

Material:

Stainless steel AISI 304

Thickness:0,8 bis 1,5 [mm]
Body:The stainless steel inner body extends to the outer edge (door hinge) and is manufactured with sealed and seamless transitions from the bottom to the side panels (hygiene radius R<3) and from the bottom to the back panel (hygiene radius R<3) - the back panel is 100% sealed and seamless right to the top. The cooling cabinet is insulated with high-quality rigid polyurethane foam (35mm) and the cabinet stop bar for door and drawer includes a magnet insert. The built-in evaporator has a protective coating and is additionally covered with stainless steel. The top-mounted recirculation fan with stainless steel cover sheet can be dismantled and ensures uniform cooling.

The insulated cooling lines as well as the condensate line of the stainless steel drip tray (under the evaporator) are led into the installation compartment. The drip tray can be removed for easy cleaning.

Hygiene H2 according to DIN 18865-9

The stainless steel inner body extends to the outer edge (door hinge) and is manufactured with sealed and seamless transitions from the bottom to the side panels (hygiene radius R=17.5) and from the floor to the back panel (hygiene radius R=17.5) - the back panel is 100% sealed and seamless up to the very top (hygiene radius R=17.5), corner transition with ball corner. The cooling cabinet is insulated with high-quality rigid polyurethane foam (35mm) and the cabinet stop bar for door and drawer includes a magnet insert. The built-in evaporator has a protective coating and is additionally covered with stainless steel. The top-mounted recirculation fan with stainless steel cover plate can be dismantled and ensures uniform cooling.

Hygiene H3 according to DIN 18865-9

Body:The stainless steel inner body extends to the outer edge (door hinge) and is 100% tight and seamless. All transitions (from the base to the side panels and to the back panel, from the back panel to the side panels and to the lid, and from the side panels to the lid) are made with hygiene radius R=17.5 and ball corners – the highest hygienic level possible.

The cooling cabinet is insulated with high-quality rigid polyurethane foam (35mm) and the cabinet stop bar for door and drawer includes a magnet insert.

The built-in evaporator has a protective coating and is additionally covered with stainless steel. The top-mounted recirculation fan with stainless steel cover plate can be dismantled and ensures even cooling.
